Please read carefully
PAYMENT
A deposit of one night's stay is payable when booking.
Full payment is due during your stay in CASH ONLY please.
We are not able to accept payments by credit or debit cards at Roskhill Barn.
Guests booking in advance may pay online by bank transfer, or pay using credit/debit cards using Paypal.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Roskhill Barn. Children under two stay free, but we do not make any price reduction for older children.
DOGS
Up to two dogs are allowed in the apartment at no extra charge, but they must NOT be left unattended in the property and must not be allowed on any furniture or beds. In the garden, dogs must be kept under constant control as sheep graze nearby. Please do not allow your dogs to foul the garden area.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 4.00pm. If you expect to arrive after 7.oopm, please telephione us with an estimated arrival time.
Please vacate the apartment by 10.00am on your day of departure.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Roskhill Barn.
DAMAGES
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you may cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant and we have not been advised.
LIABILITY
No liability shall be accepted by the us for loss, damage or theft of personal property, belonging to guests, either in the property or in/to cars, bicycles or other vehicles left on the property. Nor shall liability be accepted by the owners for accident or injury to guests, either within the property or outside.
